Summary The Client Advisor at our Rodeo Drive store delivers exceptional, personalized service and builds long-term relationships with a diverse luxury clientele. Acting as an ambassador of the brand, you will advise clients across product categories, tailor in-store experiences, and use in-house clienteling tools to maintain and grow client relationships. The role focuses on achieving individual and team sales goals while developing product knowledge and a strategic commercial approach.
Responsibilities Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
Advise clients across the brand and all product categories
Provide personalized service and tailor the in-store client experience
Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term relationships
Learn and master brand and product knowledge
Requirements Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within a high-end or luxury market, or strong background in customer-centric roles
Strong commercial and sales mindset with a strategic approach
Curiosity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to learn
Experience or aptitude for using clienteling tools and CRM systems and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
