As a Host, you will be required to greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner. You should always be an example of Fleming’s warmth and hospitality including putting our Guests at ease during a wait, answer phones, and direct the calls in a prompt and professional manner.

Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service

Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette
