For the right person, this role is a direct path into Manager-on-Duty / field leadership, but the non-negotiable is this: be a protector, stay on call (mentally) until it's fixed, and bring the energy.In your first 12 months, you'll focus on:Delivering 5-star client experiences on 3–4 high-quality calls per day through expert diagnostics, clear communication, and clean work.Service Sales.
