Full Time Phlebotomist Needed

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of highly automated manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, troubleshooting PLC-controlled automation systems, and supporting production through rapid response to equipment issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, experience with industrial automation, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Ensure manufacturing equipment and automated production systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on manufacturing cells and production equipment.
Support production by troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-related equipment issues.
Use a structured and methodical troubleshooting approach to minimize equipment downtime.
Communicate recurring equipment issues and downtime trends to Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical components including motors, relays, switches, sensors, drives, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Interpret equipment drawings, schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to assist with fault diagnosis and repairs.
Replace faulty machine components including motors, relays, switches, ball screws, bearings, position sensing devices, pneumatic components, and other automation equipment.
Maintain maintenance crib inventory and work with maintenance stores to ensure critical spare parts availability.
Support Systems Technicians and production teams during equipment breakdowns and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with the Tool Room to manufacture replacement components and implement equipment improvements.
Assist with equipment upgrades, process improvements, and installation of new production equipment.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and industrial maintenance experience.
Ideally three plus (3+) years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electro-mechanical equipment, and industrial automation.
Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial control systems.
Federal, State or Union issued Journeyman Machine Repair certification or three (3) to five (5) years+ of machine repair experience preferred.
Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis to prevent repeat breakdowns.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
