Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The RN will be responsible for overseeing patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and maintain patient comfort.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
Manage and document patient care activities accurately.
Assist with procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license required.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications must be current at the time of submission.
Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
