Seven Healthcare are seeking a competent RN - Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel assignment in Alamogordo, NM. This role allows the nurse to practice independently in a dynamic environment, offering both routine and complex care with a focus on long-range goals and clinical management.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders
Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
Addresses increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
Administers medications and treatments using appropriate protocol; monitors for side-effects and effectiveness
Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers
Requirements of the RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
- BLS required (AHA only)
- RN License in state of NM or compact
