Litigation Paralegal

We're partnering with a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolution

Draft and respond to discovery

Prepare court filings and litigation documents

Support attorneys with case strategy and day-to-day litigation needs

Minimum 3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience

Employment law and/or personal injury experience preferred

Bilingual Spanish/English required

Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required

Bonus eligible

Hybrid schedule (only 2 days in office)

Flexible start times

$75K-$115k + bonus potential
