Physical Therapist - Part-Time

Established in 2003 in Muncie, First Choice Physical Therapy opened its second location in New Castle in 2006. We believe in placing the well-being of our patients first and we accomplish this through carefully selecting compassionate, dedicated, and team-oriented staff. We're looking for a driven Physical Therapist who's eager to grow! Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required

Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers

Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians

Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments

Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we'd love for you to start your career with us!

Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn

Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office

Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
