What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting a collaborative clinical team. Assess residents and monitor changes in their condition
Perform wound care and other skilled nursing procedures
Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing assistants and clinical staff
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records
Communicate changes in resident status promptly and effectively
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and standards of care
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Current CPR certification (First Aid preferred)
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher preferred
