Porter (hourly

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, laundry rooms, etc.
Perform facilities maintenance duties, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing areas, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition
Assist with moving furniture and equipment as required
Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
A high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred not Required)
Chesapeake Bay - 216 units
Pay: $19-$20 - hourly
