This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a neat environment and enjoys working independently outdoors.What You'll DoWalk the property daily to pick up litter, debris, and trash from grounds, parking lots, breezeways, and common areasEmpty and replace liners in all outdoor trash and recycling receptaclesKeep dumpster areas clean, organized, and free of overflowSweep and clean breezeways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and other common area spacesPressure wash sidewalks, breezeways, dumpster pads, and exterior surfaces as neededClean and maintain pool areas, clubhouse, mailroom, and amenity spacesRemove pet waste from designated areas and general groundsReport vandalism, property damage, or safety hazards to management promptlyAssist with light cleaning of vacant units during turnover as neededKeep storage and supply areas tidy and organized
