Bartender Position

As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving craft cocktails and other highly curated alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing excellent service to our guests, maintaining a clean workspace, and other related duties. Meets and exceeds all aspects of the overall guest experience and provides the highest level of service at all times

Takes orders from customers and serves highly crafted cocktails and other beverages as well as a full bar menu in a discreet, professional and unobtrusive manner

Checks with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals/drinks and corrects any problem to ensure guest happiness

Collects payment from customers

Removes dishes and glasses from tables or counters and takes them to the kitchen for cleaning

Answers guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner

Must be fully knowledgeable of the entire food menu including raw products and preparation techniques

Responsible for accurate and efficient set up and breakdown for bar operations

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays

Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors

Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures

Projects a favorable image of the property to the public at all times by following the property's grooming and dress standard
