Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Care, Part time, Night

Facility: Schedule: Part time nights | Two 12 hour shifts per week | 7:00pm to 7:00am | Work every 3rd weekend rotation
Implement and monitors patient care plans. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Prefer at least 2 years cardiovascular experience in a high acuity inpatient hospital.
