Process Engineering-Injection Molding

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing continuous manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain top-tier quality control. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or a related discipline) alongside solid analytical problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement. shift: Bachelors
Performs a variety of basic engineering tasks to establish processes and parameters on injection
molding machines that will ensure the proper functioning of equipment and productivity of products
Must also be committed to the highest level of quality in everything that is done. be responsible for assisting production with root cause analysis and assuring that all documentation
Performs a variety of basic and advanced engineering tasks. Measurements and Quality control essentials
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review ofidentifiable factors.
Visually inspect injection molding machine, including chillers, thermolators, dryers, and granulators to assess working conditions and operational conditions – Snags for maintenance as necessary.
Identifies parts rejection process with proper tools and schematics dimensions, blueprint, GD&T
with injection molding machines.
Initializes some repairs and adjustments to injection mold machine or contacts Maintenance Department with assessment of problem.
