Home Health Aide (HHA)

Part-Time & Full-Time | $17.00–$18.00 per hour (based on qualifications and experience). Additional pay opportunities are available, including short-shift incentives.

We offer flexible part-time schedules designed to fit your availability. Weekday morning shifts

• Weekday afternoon and evening shifts
• Weekend shifts
• PRN (as-needed) opportunities

As a caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps clients maintain their independence. Transfers and mobility assistance

+ Performing light housekeeping

• Accurately documenting care provided using our mobile caregiver app
• Building positive relationships with clients, families, and the office team

User-friendly mobile caregiver app for clocking in/out, viewing schedules, care plans, and documenting visits

• Responsive office staff available to answer questions and provide support
• Ongoing guidance to help you provide exceptional care

We’re looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding care.

Current Virginia CNA license or Virginia HHA/PCA certification

• Experience providing in-home care or caregiving
• COVID-19 vaccination record (booster preferred)
• Smartphone capable of downloading and using our caregiver app
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
