Cardiac Sonographer - Echo - Hospital

As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will be a pivotal member of our cardiac team, performing crucial diagnostic testing to accurately diagnose and guide the treatment of patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a solid understanding of echocardiography imaging equipment, master proper patient positioning techniques, and expertly produce and analyze high-quality cardiac ultrasound images. Performs various diagnostic cardiology or peripheral vascular exams ?Echocardiography? Exercise stress echo? Chemical stress echo? Transesophageal echo Noninvasive Cardiac Testing? Holter/Event monitor applications? Non-imaging stress testing
Provides patient education, applies patient relations skills and maintains confidentiality of patients and customers in a safe and professional manner.
Assumes responsibility for assigned area, reporting equipment malfunctions and procedure difficulties.
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or equivalent clinical job training, upon hire
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Adult Echo, within 12 - months or
Registered Cardiac Sonographer CCI, within 12 - months and
Registered Vascular Technologist, within 12 - months or
