Registered Nurse (RN) - Home HealthEmployment Type: Full-timeShift: 8-hour days, Monday to FridayWeekend Requirement: As neededHoliday Requirement: As neededDesired Start Date: ASAPSign-On Bonus: Retention bonus availableBenefits: 401K, medical insurance, and relocation assistance with temporary housingConduct comprehensive assessments of patients, considering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs.Review patient history, physical assessments, and diagnostic information, ensuring timely completion.Communicate abnormal laboratory results to physicians and the healthcare team as necessary.Formulate and implement individualized care plans, inclusive of discharge planning, utilizing input from patients, families, and healthcare teams.Set realistic and measurable goals for patient care based on assessment data.Experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months.Minimum of 2 years of experience.Current Registered Nurse license in Alaska.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be required.COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement: Proof of vaccination or a valid medical or religious exemption is required.Client Details Address 1650 Cowles Street City Fairbanks State AK Zip Code 99701
