RN / Perioperative Nursing Job in D

Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to provide comprehensive perioperative care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The candidate will circulate across multiple specialties, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes during surgical procedures.
Coordinate and perform circulating duties in various surgical specialties, including ortho, neuro, trauma, general, GYN, vascular, urology, and robotics.
Demonstrate proficiency in managing complex cases such as open heart, trauma, and robotic surgeries.
Provide patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
Complete EPIC training and test-out during orientation, ensuring full system competency before unit assignment.
Float across all designated specialty pods as needed, delivering adaptable and comprehensive nursing support.
Hold a valid FL or compact RN license with current BLS certification.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of OR experience and at least 2 travel assignments in acute care settings.
Exhibit strong circulating skills, with heavy experience required in trauma and robotic surgeries.
Have experience in trauma, neuro, ortho, GYN, vascular, urology, and robotics cases; Capable of passing required EPIC system training with testing out during orientation.
Gain experience working in a nationally recognized Trauma Level 2 teaching facility with advanced surgical capabilities.
