What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for driving the growth of Aspire Insurance by developing new commercial relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to business owners.

You’ll Get To
Prospect and develop new commercial insurance opportunities
Build relationships with business owners, executives, and referral partners
Generate new business through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and community involvement
Conduct commercial risk assessments
Design customized insurance solutions
Present proposals and negotiate coverage
Build and retain a profitable commercial book of business
Collaborate across Haga Kommer companies to provide holistic financial solutions

What We’re Looking For
Required
Active Property & Casualty License
5+ years of commercial insurance producer experience
Proven success generating new business
Experience building and growing a commercial book of business
Strong business development and networking skills
Consultative sales approach
Entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred
Existing commercial relationships
Independent agency experience
Life & Health License
Experience serving middle-market businesses
