Home Care - Caregiver / CNA - Morning, Afternoon, Evening Shifts - Flexible

We are seeking compassionate and friendly individuals to join our team as a Caregiver/ CNA in Roseville and surrounding areas such as Arden Hills, Columbia Heights, Shoreview, and Mounds View. As a Caregiver/ CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. We are urgently hiring caregivers for afternoon/evening shifts on weekdays and morning and afternoon/evening shifts on weekends. We are also in need of caregivers who are willing to accept short shifts (E.g., for daytime and/or evening shifts.

Assist male and female clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing/showering/sponge baths, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance/ incontinence
Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
Utilize your smart phone to send texts and emails and to download and use apps to view care plans and record tasks and to send texts and emails

24/7 Support from the Company and Office Team
At least 18 years old
At least 2 years' experience as a Caregiver/ CNA for adults in in-home care, long-term care, assisted living, dementia care, nursing homes and/or hospice performing the full-range of personal caregiving skills including bathing/showering/sponge baths, gait belt and Hoyer Lift transfers, toileting assistance, dressing/grooming, bedbound care, and dementia care
Valid Driver's License and active Auto Insurance
Willing to drive personal vehicle for client transportation
Willing to do personal cares for males and females
Ability to read, comprehend and clearly speak English
Possess and use a smartphone, which includes sending texts and emails, downloading and using Apps, and completing online training
Able to function in a home setting with minimal direct supervision
Follow care plans and accurately document tasks
If nearby shifts aren't available, be willing to drive up to 25 miles to a shift
Caregiving experience with Hospice clients
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and familiarity with client rights and home care practices
