Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)Pay: $18.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMType: Full-TimeLocation: Blawnox, PAPosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations and local deliveries. This role involves preparing orders, maintaining inventory, and safely transporting materials using company vehicles, including standard pickup trucks and larger non-CDL trucks.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or customer pickup according to scheduleReceive, inspect, and process incoming warehouse stockLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyAssist with inventory control and organization of warehouse materialsOperate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materialsDeliver products using company vehicles (pickup and non-CDL trucks)Maintain accurate shipping documentation using basic computer systemsFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesRequirementsValid Driver's License requiredClean driving record (no DUI/DWI convictions within the past 7 years)Previous warehouse experience requiredExperience operating forklifts and pallet jacksBasic computer skills for shipping and order processingAbility to lift 80+ pounds consistentlyStrong organizational skills and ability to multitaskGood communication skills and ability to follow directionsCustomer service mindset when interacting with clients or team members
