Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred, but not required.ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing schematic designsParticipate in meetings with consultants and client's representativesAssist in production of construction documentsAssist in coordination with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the projectPerform construction administration dutiesParticipate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clientsQualifications and SkillsProfessional degree in Architecture2+ years of related experienceProficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio and MS TeamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. xhyhwjd Experience in Senior Care or Multi-Family projects preferred.
