Our Freight Agents have the freedom to be their own boss receiving a high percentage split, mentoring and back office support.ResponsibilitiesYour own shipping customers; maintain & develop your existing accounts and prospect for new accountsProfessional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchersTracking and documenting relevant activitiesAgent's ReceiveHigh percentage splits (uncapped commissions)Back office supportAccess to a qualified leads databaseAccess to ~10,000 carriers with fast set-up of new contract carriersFull visibility to your shipments, carrier costs, customer costs as well as your commissionsCustomized CRMBenefits availableRequirementsExperienced freight brokerEstablished and portable book of businessEntrepreneurial mind set with a desire to maximize income on a commission basisCompany OverviewTallgrass Freight Company is a full-service logistics solution provider since 2012 with operations throughout the United States.
