A growing, value-based healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join its outpatient team in Mobile, Alabama and Gulfport, Mississippi . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and senior populations.
Position Overview
Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)
Locations: Mobile, AL & Gulfport, MS
Full-Time Permanent
Base Salary: $250,000
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Additional performance-based incentives available
Key Responsibilities As a PCP, you will:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Manage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart disease)
Conduct preventive visits, wellness exams, and routine screenings
Develop personalized, value-based care plans
Coordinate care with specialists, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams
Focus on quality metrics and improved patient outcomes
Utilize EMR for timely documentation and care coordination
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health strategies
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
Active AL or MS medical license (or ability to obtain)
Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care
