Front Desk Receptionist needed!!!

Receptionist Position
Premier Little Rock law firm is seeking a friendly, experienced Receptionist to handle front desk operations while providing a welcoming and professional experience for clients, visitors, and guests.
Responsibilities

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Greet clients, visitors, and guests and direct them appropriately
Manage conference room calendars and prepare rooms for meetings and events
Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference room areas
Assist with coordinating meetings, events, and catering arrangements
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier coordination
Provide administrative support, including validating parking, sending daily lists, submitting maintenance requests, and updating office information
Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the firm positively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous clerical or receptionist experience preferred
