As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, mentoring and guiding our nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring adequate coverage
Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff to enhance job performance
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Identify and address potential problems or concerns related to patient care and quality of life
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments, such as rehabilitation and social services, to ensure comprehensive patient care

Current licensure as an Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Registered Nurse Supervisor in a Nursing Home
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
