Maintenance Associate (Janitorial Associate) - Part Time / Full Time

Base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Position Summary...Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. However, maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

What you’ll do Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary
Ensure customers have a great first and last impression
Maintain a positive attitude
Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with Company Environmental Sustainability Program
Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies as needed
Follow safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous materials handling and disposal, and reporting unsafe situations
Support general facility cleaning (floors, windows, restrooms, restock supplies) using approved methods and chemicals

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
