What You'll Do
Warmly greet and welcome visitors, guests, and customers upon arrival.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource by answering questions and providing directions or assistance.
Assist visitors with self-service kiosks to improve efficiency and reduce wait times.
Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and reception area, ensuring guests receive timely assistance.
Create a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Manage guest flow and lobby traffic while following established operational procedures.
Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, concerns, and inquiries.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Support lobby occupancy and crowd management protocols as needed.
What We're Looking For

At least 6 months of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, reception, call center, or a related environment.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance record.
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the duration of the shift.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Basic technology skills and confidence assisting customers with kiosks or self-service systems.
