Nights/Weekend Salesperson - Part-time

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Ticket Seller at the Stockton Complex. The Ticket Seller is responsible for selling tickets / entry to the general public using Ticketmaster on a computer, while also providing general information to guests.
Assist guests at the Ticket Office Will-Call window and resolve all issues/problems
Assist with restocking of Ticket Office supplies
Follow all operational policies and procedures for Ticket Office operations
Assist in reception coverage, performing general clerical duties including answering phone calls and providing customer service
Must be computer literate and able to maintain a guest friendly demeanor at all times
Experience cash handling and strong math aptitude required
Strong customer service experience, with aptitude to resolve conflicts
Must be flexible with working nights, weekends and holidays
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
Customer service experience required
