NFI North provides mental health and behavioral support services to people facing life challenges. We design diverse and innovative programs that provide a high level of structure within communities of care when a person or family is in need. NFI North is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for our programs in Lewiston and Bath, Maine. These services are residential treatment programs providing transitional services to youth and young adults within the mid-coast and Lewiston areas. The programs also support successful independent living for young adults who receive mental health services. The supportive services include Daily Living Support Services, Skills Development Services, Medication Management, and Community Integration Services.

Responsibilities

Oversee medication administration

Provide in-service training and medical supervision to the CRMA staff team

Conduct medical assessments

Coordinate medical appointments

Facilitate communication among various medical providers to ensure that participant needs are met

Provide medical oversight of two service areas at different locations

Qualifications

RN licensure in the State of Maine

Flexible, able to multi-task, and willing to understand the strengths and challenges of living with mental illness

Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Experience with psychiatric or behavioral health settings is preferred
