Quality Engineer IIPrecision Fuzing and Sensors is actively hiring for a Quality Engineer II in Middletown, CT. This role is responsible for identifying nonconformances, leading root cause analysis, and working with cross-functional team members to implement corrective action plans. The ideal candidate will have experience with reading blueprints and drawings and have a background in electro-mechanical manufacturing.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement plans to accomplish Quality department objectives that support schedule and meet contract objectives.Work with and interpret blueprints, drawings and mil-specs in accordance with government and/or customer contract requirements.Identify problems in production related to NC's and assure a plan is developed in coordination with other operating departments for implementing corrective actions.
