Arrive prepared with your station stocked, garnishes prepped, and all tools in working order

Maintain full knowledge of Cooper's Hawk food, drink, and wine menus, as well as steps of service

Ensure opening and mid-shift checklists are completed so the bar is ready for guests from the start

Understand the Wine Club perks and benefits, and be ready to educate and invite our guests to the largest wine club community in the world.

Keep your bar area clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift

Step in to assist with retail, Wine Club, or other team tasks when you notice a need

Communicate clearly with Servers, Food Runners, Hosts, and the kitchen to ensure orders are accurate and timely

Complete closing duties to set the next shift up for success

Make it personal: Offer thoughtful wine, cocktail, and food recommendations based on guest preferences

Actively educate guests about the Cooper's Hawk Wine Club and invite them to join

Present beverages with attention to detail, from creative garnishes to polished glassware

Keep expanding your knowledge of wine, cocktails, and Cooper's Hawk offerings to enhance the guest experience

Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred

Basic wine knowledge is a plus; Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
