RDA/DENTAL ASSISTANCE

Chairside Assistance:Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
Patient Care:Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols.
Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems.
Infection Control:Appointment Scheduling:Help manage and confirm patient appointments.
Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.
Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling.
Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards.
