Are you a recent Civil Engineering graduate or an early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in land development and site design? We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our collaborative and innovative team in Stamford, CT.

This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level Civil Engineers and EIT candidates who are eager to learn from experienced professionals, develop technical expertise, and work on a variety of exciting projects. You'll gain exposure to project design, site development, drainage, grading, permitting, and engineering software while building a strong foundation for your career.

Assist with the design and development of civil engineering projects, including site development and land development projects.

Perform engineering calculations related to grading, drainage, utilities, and site design.

Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to prepare and modify design plans.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and drafters to bring projects from concept through construction.

Research design requirements, regulations, and engineering standards.

Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and design recommendations.

Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts.

Take on increased project responsibilities as experience and knowledge develop.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Strong interest in Site Design, Land Development, or Civil Infrastructure projects.

Experience with Civil 3D.

Knowledge of drainage, grading, stormwater management, and site development principles.

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
