In the heart of The Dalles, Oregon, Adventist Health Columbia Gorge has served the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901. We are comprised of a 49-bed hospital, various medical offices, home health, a birthing center and a vast scope of services located throughout The Dalles and the surrounding areas. Education and Work Experience:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; Two years' Physical Therapy experience: Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Facility Specific License/Certifications:

~ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Adventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
