Partner with veterinarians to lead daily operations and a high-performing client service and technical support team

Maintain facility standards, safety, and regulatory compliance

18 years of age or older

ability to obtain and maintain any required state or local credentials

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred; At least 5 years of office or operations management, including 2+ years in a supervisory role

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with practice-management or scheduling systems

Strong communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills

Proven planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced clinical setting

Comfortable working around animals and clinical materials; flexibility to work some weekends or holidays
