Salary: $83,850 base/year (up to $93,850 with advanced degree)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team, providing and coordinating care for patients, families, and significant others in a healthcare setting. In this role, you'll assess, diagnose, plan, and intervene in actual or potential health problems, including evaluating each patient's response to care.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license.

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Able to multitask successfully.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and intervene in actual or potential health problems for patients.

Coordinate care for patients, families, and significant others, evaluating their response to treatments and interventions.

Perform telephone triage, using clinical knowledge and communication skills to assess patient needs and direct them to the appropriate level of care.

Maintain accurate, detailed patient records using computer systems.
