Pay: $60–$70 per session | $78,000–$84,000 Annual Compensation Plus Productivity Bonuses

Talk Therapy Center is a locally owned, therapist-led group practice expanding our Corona and Murrieta locations. We are seeking California-licensed therapists who want flexibility, support, and long-term career sustainability—with a focus on long-term clinician sustainability and support.
We offer multiple employment models so clinicians can choose the structure that best fits their professional and personal goals.
80+ W-2 therapists currently on staff

California Paid Sick Leave: Therapists working in California are eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with state law. This time may be used for qualifying health-related needs. W-2 Salaried Therapist
Full-time positions are designed around maintaining an average caseload of approximately 25 conducted sessions per week.

Flexible Paid Time Off: Therapists receive flexible paid time equivalent to approximately 17 days (85 sessions) per year
California Paid Sick Leave: Therapists working in California are eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with state law. This time benefit is provided separately from Flexible Paid Time and may be used for qualifying health-related needs. Productivity bonus: $Most full-time therapists average approximately 30–40 working hours per week depending on scheduling preferences and documentation style.

Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams as needed
Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)
Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
Behavioral health assessment
