Principal Engineering Management Job

As Chief Engineer, youll lead the maintenance and engineering operations of the property, ensuring all building systems, equipment, and facilities operate safely and efficiently. Youll manage a team, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards. You will be the backbone of our hotel's operations, ensuring all systems and equipment run smoothly for our guests' comfort and safety.

Starting as a chief engineer can lead to a variety of opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional engineering director, director of rooms, or even a corporate-level position in hotel operations.

A college degree or two years of hotel experience

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
