Estimator II
Sytech is a Precision Metal Fabrication company, the Estimator II position is responsible for preparing cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements that are vital to our production of our products for our customers. This is a unique position, and we require this individual to be flexible and willing to always keep the external customers in mind; while maintaining Quality of Workmanship, Safety, Accountability, and Teamwork, which is vital to our mission.
Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
Response quickly to customer's request.
Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
5 plus years of Experience in estimating and planning preferred.

• Five to Seven years Analyzing Information and requirement analysis.
• Data Center Experience needed.
• Strategic planning and attention to detail,
• Advance computer skills required.
• Advance Skills in Math and ability to read and write English.

Rotation of head/neck, bending and twisting at the waist, walking, standing, kneeling, reaching, requires repetitive motion.
Environmental Exposure
Office area, exposure to hot or cold temperature when working in areas of the building that cannot be temperature controlled (especially during summer months).
