As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of functional and mobility needs while developing individualized plans of care designed around each patient’s goals.

Performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as patients improveion

Educating patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process

Collaborating closely with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team

Helping patients safely transition to their next level of care and return to the community

We are looking for a therapist who enjoys working with people and values both clinical excellence and personal connection.

Current or eligible California Physical Therapist license

Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills

Interest in geriatric, orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex rehabilitation

Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, acute care, or home health is helpful, but new graduates and therapists coming from other settings are encouraged to apply .
