Diagnostic Radiographer - Radiology - Full Time -

Work Shift: Weekend Days

Sentara is hiring a Radiology Technologist in the Woodbridge area. This is a Full‑Time, Weekend Day Shift opportunity with great benefits. A 20K sign‑on bonus is available for qualified candidates. The Radiology Technologist conducts general diagnostic radiological imaging studies of patients, within scope of demonstrated competency under the direction of a qualified physician, to include: positioning of patient for demonstration of correct anatomy/pathology, operation of radiation producing equipment, operation of the electronic radiology systems, preparation of patient room/equipment/medications, and maintains adequate supply inventory. Grandfathered staff at time of merger with military radiologic technologist training will be accepted in lieu of ARRT registry.

Trade School graduate - Radiologic Technology

Registry eligible graduate in lieu of ARRT, must obtain ARRT registry within 180 days of hire.
