Synthesize complex operational data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for exec-level reporting.

Lead high‑impact special projects.

Create and implement strategies to ensure cross‑functional operational excellence throughout the business.

Identify business inefficiencies by utilizing data and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Systematically manage and optimize the allocation of engineering and development resources to product teams.

Work closely with team leads to identify project bottlenecks, forecast resource needs, and implement practical solutions that streamline workflows and ensure high productivity.

10+ years of progressive business operations or strategic planning experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Bachelor’s Degree required, plus an MBA or graduate degree.

Experience working in the blockchain industry, with a deep understanding of its core principles, technologies, and challenges (e.g., A strong background in engineering or product management, with demonstrated experience leading and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Proven expertise in strategic project management, resource allocation, and operational process optimization.

Track record of leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple partners successfully.

Demonstrated ability to navigate the unique challenges of a remote‑first or decentralized work environment, including experience managing a physical office or facilities.
