The Painter is responsible for maintaining the pristine appearance and functionality of the hotel's interior and exterior surfaces. This role plays a key part in upholding the luxury standards of The Maybourne Beverly Hills by performing high-quality painting, finishing, and repair work while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Prepare, paint, and finish a variety of surfaces, including walls, ceilings, furniture, and fixtures, to the highest standard.

• Apply techniques such as color mixing, surface preparation, and proper application methods.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs promptly to maintain the luxury aesthetic.
• Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with local regulations.
• Assist in identifying and reporting any areas needing attention beyond painting.

Minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience, preferably in luxury hotels, high-end residences, or commercial properties.

Strong knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques.

Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results.

Comfortable working in various conditions, including outdoor and confined spaces.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Comfortable climbing and working on ladders or scaffolding up to 10–15 feet.

Ability to work in varying environments, including indoor, outdoor, confined spaces, and high-temperature areas.

Visual acuity for precision tasks such as color matching and detail-oriented work.
