Engage in Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a variety of healthcare professionals, including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive care.
Educate Patients and Families: Inform and guide patients and their caregivers on effective therapy practices for continuity of care at home.
Document and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt therapy approaches as necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved program.
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary.
