Paralegal - Legal Services - remote

Job Description Our client located in downtown Tampa is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with 5+ years of general liability litigation experience. Insurance Defense is preferred but the client will consider candidates with strong civil litigation. This is a full time permanent position. This position is hybrid/remote after 90 days with the option to work 2 days from home. WFH The salary listed is based on a 37.5 hour work week. In addition, parking is free, very affordable health, dental and vision plan that is affordable to add family members. PTO, Retirement with match, paid holidays, gym membership, Bonus. preparing, proofreading and finalizing pleadings, motions, orders and correspondence;

being able to look up court dockets and knowing Judge’s preferences when sending documents;

via telephone, email and other forms of communication;

ability to consistently produce and deliver a good quality work product;

demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines;

demonstrate proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Outlook and Adobe and Client Management;

managing and profiling emails, documents and files, opening files, closing files, submitting attorney expense reports, submitting vendor invoices for payment and other legal assistant duties
