Warehouse Dispatcher Jobs

The Dispatcher handles all incoming phone calls and dispatches hot-shot requests in a timely and orderly fashion in order to best meet the needs of our dealers in most efficient manner possible, while also assisting in warehouse and with office duties as needed.
Handle all incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Wait on and assist all walk-in customers by providing each customer with courteous service and information to satisfy their battery need(s).
Follow-up with largest customers weekly to ensure customer satisfaction and battery supply is adequate.
Assist with warehouse and office duties as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in telephone and dispatch operations preferred
Scope Data:

Works under general supervision
Shared responsibility for outgoing inventory
Office environment but is also exposed to battery warehouse conditions such as moving equipment, mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
Prolonged use of personal computer and telephone
Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, without assistance and occasionally lifting up to 75lbs
