Temp to Perm HR Generalist

Job Description firstPRO 360 is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator for a temporary position (3-6+mths) near Truist Park Stadium. There is a possibility for it to become permanent.

In office daily - Atlanta, GA 30339 (near Truist Park Stadium)
~ No specific software, but must be tech savvy

Coordinate onboarding schedules, orientations, meetings, and calendar invitations for multiple new hires across departments and locations.
Coordinate with HR, IT, office administrators, and other departments to ensure all first-day requirements are completed.
New-Hire Equipment & Materials
Order and track new-hire clothing, company gear, swag, laptops, phones, and other required materials.
New-Hire Communications
Coordinate new-hire announcements, VCcards, and introductory communications with internal teams.
HR Systems & Documentation
Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, records, and employee information across HR systems.
Collect new-hire documentation and photos; Enter and maintain information in HRIS/ATS systems.
3+ years of experience in HR administration, employee onboarding, recruiting coordination, or a similar role.

• Ability to manage multiple new hires, schedules, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Outlook and experience with HRIS/ATS platforms.
• Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly coordinated environment.
