We invite you to join our caring family at Cragun's Resort on Gull Lake as a Front Desk Agent! Our front desk team is not just the first and last point of contact for our guests; Shifts Available: Options for part-time and full-time schedules are available, and we ask that you be flexible to work weeknights and rotating weekends when needed. Hiring for 3PM 11PM shift, occasionally there maybe a day or mid-day shift rotation.
Warmly greet and register guests upon their arrival, making them feel at home.
Handle cash and credit card transactions with care, adhering to proper cash-handling procedures.
A positive, "Guest First" attitude, fueled by a true passion for customer service.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage the busy pace of the front desk.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
Previous hospitality experience is a bonus but not necessary.
Comfortable communicating on the phone, as it's an important part of connecting with our guests.
