Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Our award-winning rehabilitation and nursing center is proud to offer cutting-edge post-acute care and rehabilitation services in collaboration with leading area physicians.

As an LPN at Morristown Post Acute, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical team

Assisting with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges (ADTs)

Monitoring and reporting vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature

Documenting patient information in our electronic medical records system

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for our residents

Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey

High school diploma or equivalent required
